At Lelli Kelly Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Lelli Kelly branded box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
