How do I ensure I choose the correct shoe size for my child?
We recommend using our printable size guide available on each product page. Since children's feet grow quickly, we suggest leaving about 1cm of 'wiggle room' at the front of the shoe.
What is your return policy for unwanted items?
You can return any unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all decorative clips and accessories are included.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free delivery on all orders over £50, while a flat rate applies to smaller orders.
Are Lelli Kelly shoes machine washable?
Many of our canvas styles are machine washable at 30 degrees. However, we recommend removing the leather insoles first and placing the shoes in a pillowcase to protect the embellishments.
